1. Payment and Charges
1.1. You agree to pay all costs and charges related to the Products you have ordered set out on our website and to use the appropriate payment facilities and processes presented on our Site. Prices and costs may change from time to time in the normal course of business practice.
2. Buying Process
2.2. You agree to follow our processes and procedures for buying Products.
2.3. You will need to register for an account with us before you order. After selecting the Products you want, you select “Add to Cart” and proceed to the checkout where you are sent a summary setting out the items you have selected and the price. Click proceed to Checkout and you will need to sign up for an account or log in to your account.
2.4. To register, fill out the form with your personal information and press register. You will be sent to another page that requires your name and address. Click save and you are taken to a page to confirm the shipping address or delivery address. After clicking proceed to checkout you can confirm your type of delivery. Proceed to checkout and then you will see a summary, then choose the payment method.
2.5. You can pay for the Product using a credit or debit card or facilities such as PayPal. You agree and acknowledge that placing an order means you are obliged to pay for the items you have ordered. After payment is received you will get confirmation that we have received your order. You will then receive a confirmation when your order has been dispatched containing delivery details.
3. Delivery
3.1. You agree to pay the shipping cost which is displayed when you place the order. Risk on the Products will pass to you the moment the Product is dispatched to your address.
4. Our agreement
4.1. Your order is an offer to The Maya Collections to buy the Products you have selected. When you place an order to buy Products from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming we have received your Product Order. It is not acceptance of your order, but only confirms that we have received your order, we accept your offer to buy the Product when the Product is dispatched to you. It is at this point that a contract is made between The Maya Collections and you. You will then get an email confirming when we sent your Product.
5. Product Color
5.1. The exact shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods may differ due to the types of materials used, variation in batches, or the manufacturing process, therefore, we cannot guarantee that all colors and Products will be the same. Please contact us if you have a question about a Product concerning these issues.
6. Accounts
6.1. To use our Site and buy our Products, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username, password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to The Maya Collections will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. You must not use your account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 8.1. You agree to receive sales invoices electronically if applicable which we will send you in PDF format.
