Refund Policy
- All JEWELRY ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, SALES, & PROMO CODE/DEAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
Thanks for purchasing our products and we hope that you love them. We do NOT offer refunds or returns in simple words. However, if that item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly for assistance with processing your query.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and everything you received attached. Once we have approved your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 3-5 business days. Please note your internal credit note expires 2 years from the date of issuance. If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions. Items purchased with store credit will now become a final sale unless a mistake is made on our end.
This Returns Policy is a supplement to our Terms and Conditions and does not replace it.
How To Return & Refund
- Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for the return and photographs for verification.
- Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return address. Please send your item(s) using local post within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation from us.
- When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
- Once confirmed, the store credit will be offered in the form of an e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 3-5 business days. Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be issued.
- Note: Please Contact Us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
